Hello Students

I am Ms. West and thank you for visiting my webpage.

I am originally from Clarksville, TN and gained a Bachelor's of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.  This is my second year teaching at LaVergne Middle School. I believe I truly found my place and people when I started teaching here at LaVergene. My friends and family are everything to me, so I spend any free time I have with them. I am also a singer/songwriter and have had the opportunity to release my own single and sing BGVs(Background vocals) for some amazing artists. I am so looking for to having you or your student in my class. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email with any questions or concerns you may have this 2023 - 2024 school year.

Check your grades regularly through Skyward using your assigned username and password. If you need assistance with your Skyward login information, please email GRADE LEVEL COUSELOR at [email protected] 

Students will use Clever to access online textbooks and assignments in Schoology. Parents may see course material and student work in the Schoology Parent Portal. If you do not have access to your Schoology Parent Portal, please email me to obtain an access code.

You can access your Office 365 account by clicking here. The username and password are the same as your computer login at school.

<Our book that will be used for ELA is AMPLIFY. You can find the online book through  CLEVER. Students will also have a consumable book and writing journal they are able to use and write in.>
