Incoming 6th grade tryout participant information: Tryouts for incoming 6th grade participants will be held Friday May 30th from 10:45-12:00p.m. All participants must have a valid physical dated after April 15th, 2024 and have all information complete in the Final Forms database in order to participate. All participants will need football cleats, athletic shorts, t-shirt, and a water bottle for hydration. No parents or spectators will be allowed at tryouts. All rides home are to arrive promptly at 12:00p.m. in the back of the Lavergne Middle School gymnasium.
(All participants will need athletic gym shoes if rain persist and tryouts will take place in our gymnasium.)
SPORTS PHYSICALS
Your current sports physical must have been conducted after April 15, 2024. All athletes will need valid sports physicals to participate in any school sport. The TSSAA physical forms can be found at the following link for you to print and complete: SPORTS PHYSICAL FORMS
